Polar Shades Inc is hiring Fabrication Specialists to join our production facility in Las Vegas, NV. As a key part of our manufacturing team, you will assist in the fabrication and assembly of high‑quality shade products used in residential, commercial, and government projects. We are looking for dependable, detail‑oriented professionals who take pride in craftsmanship and work well in a team‑oriented environment.

Polar Shades Sun Control is one of the largest roller shade manufacturing facilities in the United States. We manufacture roller shades for customers worldwide, supplying interior and exterior manual and motorized shades for residential, commercial, health care, educational, hospitality, and other industries.

• Assist with the fabrication and assembly of custom shade systems using company tools and materials.
• Follow detailed work instructions to ensure product accuracy and consistency.
• Operate basic machinery and hand tools safely and efficiently.
• Inspect products for quality assurance and report any defects or errors.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Communicate clearly with team members and supervisors.
• Follow safety guidelines and wear appropriate protective equipment.
• Support other production duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• At least 1 year of experience in a production, fabrication, or manufacturing environment preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Dependable and punctual with a positive attitude.
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
• Comfortable working on your feet for extended periods and lifting materials up to 50 lbs.

Full‑Time:
Monday‑Friday. Overtime and weekend work may be required.

Onsite at our Production Facility in Las Vegas, NV.
