Viridian Staffing's ( ) Client is seeking
Temporary Cannabis Processing and Packaging Technicians to support processing and packaging operations during a high-volume production season for a cannabis company in the Las Vegas, Nevada area
. This is a temporary cannabis job with the potential to convert to a full-time, permanent role for top performers.

As a Processing Technician
, you will support the cannabis production team by assisting with assembly-line processing and packaging activities
. Responsibilities may include measuring cannabis products, rolling joints, filling vape cartridges, packaging finished products, and applying accurate product labels. You will also assist with sample collection and quality assurance testing to ensure products meet established standards. Additional processing tasks may be assigned as needed.

Previous cannabis packaging experience is not required; however, candidates must be comfortable working in a regulated manufacturing environment and following strict health, safety, and compliance procedures
. Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) is essential. This role requires the physical ability to sit, stand, twist, kneel, and remain on your feet for up to 8 hours per shift

Requirements:

• Ability to stand, sit, kneel, and move for up to 8 hours per day
• Ability to work in varying temperature conditions
• Commitment to following SOPs and all safety regulations
• Strong attention to detail
• Willingness to take direction and work as part of a team
• Ability to lift at least 25 pounds
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Ability to consistently arrive on time
• 1+ year of cannabis packaging or processing experience preferred
• Valid State of Nevada Cannabis Production Agent Card

Compensation:

$14/hour
