• Get truck schedule from office
• Assign inbound trucks to a door
• Receive transfers in APP
• Generate skid tags from bill of lading
• Place skid tags on all pallets
  
  Daily walk through yard / backlot and take trailer / container inventory
• Assist drivers with general part / location inquiries
• Generate missing product tags and make bills (if needed)
• Take bill of lading into office
• Provide back up support to Shipping office as needed
• Help ship Replacement parts via Fed Ex (excluding HI or AK shipments)
• Audit APP for negative transactions

Accountabilities: Is responsible for on-time completion of daily production requirements. Must observe and follow all safety and quality standards and expectations in completing production requirements.

Knowledge and

Experience:

High school diploma or GED preferred. Prior working experience in a manufacturing environment preferred. Ability to work as a part of a team with adherence to established safety, productivity, and quality standards is required.

Language

Skills:

Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business information, documents, and regulations in the English language. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from associates, customers, and management.

Mathematical

Skills:

Reasoning Ability: Ability to solve practical problems and deal with variables in situations where standardized methods and procedures exist but customer requirements and work situations may vary.

Safety: Promote safety and Zero Incident Culture and ensure compliance with all EHS policies, procedures, and programs. Eliminate and/or control hazardous conditions which could lead to injury and/or property damage.

Vision: Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
