Registered Nurse Director - Case Management

Progeny HR Solutions LLC is seeking a highly qualified and experienced Registered Nurse Director to join our team as the Director of Case Management. • Oversee all aspects of the case management department, including developing and implementing policies and procedures, managing staff, and ensuring the effective and efficient delivery of services to patients.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures for case management services
• Manage and oversee case management staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and standards of practice
• Collaborate with other members of the management team to develop and implement strategies for improving patient outcomes and quality of care
• Monitor and analyze case management data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective action plans
• Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare providers and community resources to ensure seamless coordination of care for patients
• Oversee the utilization review process to ensure appropriate utilization of resources and cost-effective care
• Participate in budget planning and management for the case management department
• Provide guidance and support to case managers, including assisting with complex cases and addressing any issues that arise
• Stay current on industry trends and best practices in case management and make recommendations for process improvements as needed

• Current, unrestricted Registered Nurse license in the state of Nevada
• Bachelor s degree in Nursing, Master s degree preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in case management, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role
• Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards of practice
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Proven ability to manage and develop a team
• Proficient in data analysis and utilization review processes
• Ability to work collaboratively with other members of the management team and healthcare providers
• Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and fast-paced environments
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Experience with budget planning and management is preferred
