Regional Property Manager

At Percy, we're building new ways to connect talented professionals with meaningful career opportunities at leading companies in the multifamily industry. We're currently seeking a high-performing Regional Manager to oversee a portfolio of market-rate properties in Las Vegas.

This is a prime opportunity for an experienced regional leader who's ready to take on a competitive, fast-paced market with the backing of a well-established institutional operator. You'll manage 5+ properties totaling over 1,000 units, with full oversight of operations, financials, and team performance. The ideal candidate brings proven regional experience from a large third-party management company and thrives in environments that demand accountability, financial rigor, and strategic execution.

• Oversee day-to-day operations across 5+ market rate properties (1,000+ units)
• Lead and support on-site property management teams across multiple assets
• Manage portfolio financials, including budget preparation and performance analysis
• Drive occupancy and ops performance in a competitive and over saturated market
• Execute lease-up strategies and support value-add initiatives across the portfolio

• 3+ years of market-rate regional management experience overseeing 5+ properties
• Background with a large, institutional third-party management company
• Strong financial acumen with experience in budget preparation and presentation
• Prior lease-up experience preferred
• Local to Las Vegas or willing to relocate from a comparable market
• Earn $145k or more in total compensation, including base salary and year-end bonus
• Work with a well-established and respected institutional operator
