Program / Project Manager, Operations Manager
The
Commercial Project Manager is responsible for delivery and reporting of projects and programs within the merchandising team - ensuring these projects align with the business goals. The Project Manager will support the merchant team through concept generation and execution. Reporting to the Commercial Program Director, the Project Manager will be a key member of the merchant team working with stakeholders across the entire business to ensure projects are landed on time, within budget and delivering on the metrics set out in the project plan.
- Ensuring projects align with business goals including quantifiable and measurable objectives identified and agreed with the Senior Director or VP
- Creation of reporting tools and milestones for projects including project plans and critical paths
- Reviewing documentation for project creation, development, and implementation
- Tracking the progress of each project and providing clear status updates on projects
- Setting deadlines for specific tasks
- Identifying risks and opportunities and decisions required to achieve the projects
- Analyzing financial data that relate to the project
- Distributing and allocating resources accurately
- Implementing budgets including producing financial reports and budgets, and calculating the monetary risk for each project
- Creating reports for senior managers and stakeholders on the progress of each project
- Minimum of 3 years of project management/creative management experience
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to communicate across functions and influence effectively
- Ability to multi-task and problem solve in a fast-paced environment
