As a Revenue Strategy Manager, you’ll be part of a world-class team that drives high-level revenue strategies and target setting across our portfolio. Your expertise will help maximize REVPAR and profit while ensuring alignment of pricing and strategy throughout MGMRI.

** THE DAY-TO-DAY:
*** Lead analysis to determine the optimal mix of business across MGM Resorts.
* Recommend cross-property revenue strategies to senior leadership for enterprise alignment.
* Support development of high-level strategic plans to achieve profit and REVPAR targets.
* Gather and analyze customer and competitive intelligence, including pricing and brand value benchmarking.
* Implement best practices to improve efficiency within the Revenue Management Strategy department.
* Communicate performance insights to corporate stakeholders.
* Drive execution of profit improvement initiatives and seek innovation through external networking.
* Mentor and coach team members, fostering a high-performance culture and succession planning.
* Champion a work environment that promotes client service, collaboration, and professional growth.
** THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
*** Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Finance, or related fields, or equivalent education and experience
* 3+ years of experience in Revenue Management or related field
* Strong analytical skills with advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency.
* Proven track record of driving business performance.
* Exceptional communication skills—written, verbal, and presentation.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
