—an immersive 7-week accelerated leadership development program designed to prepare the next generation of operational leaders within WFS North America.
This program is designed to empower high-potential talent with the foundational leadership skills, operational exposure, and real‑world experience needed to succeed in frontline leadership roles. Participants will engage in a tailored curriculum that blends in-person leadership development

Selected candidates will receive full employment compensation upon the start of the program. You can also receive up to 9 hours of college credit toward a degree or certificate.
Program DetailsDuration: 7-week Leadership Development Training
Format: The first 2 weeks (March 16‑27) are in‑person training held onsite at our DFW (Dallas) headquarters. Weeks 3‑5 (March 30‑April 19) you will be in the operations for on‑the‑job training getting first‑hand experience of how our logistics operation runs. The final 2 weeks (April 20‑May
1) you will return to our Dallas headquarters in‑person to complete the remaining academic coursework. At the conclusion of the 7‑week program you will shift to a full‑time Manager level position within one of our operational business units.
The role of Operations Manager involves directly supervising Warehouse, Airport Ramp and/or Customer Service associates. These teams move cargo by push carts, tugs and forklifts in and around our indoor/outdoor warehouse facilities that are located on airport property. This is a roll‑up‑your‑sleeves job that supports a talented team of professionals who ensure goods and passengers arrive on time to destinations across the United States.
An Operations Manager leads the team following our structured processes and guidelines, keeping the safety of all our team members first. They work with the team to ensure that customer satisfaction, safety, security and quality exceed standards for their assigned shift. They also maintain and control all required aspects of the operation during their shift in accordance with the corporate security program and TSA legislation.
