Reports To: Director of Supply Chain

We’re seeking a Warehouse Manager to take full ownership of daily operations at our Las Vegas facility
. This role is hands-on and leadership-driven — overseeing receiving, inventory management, picking/packing, shipping, returns, safety, and labor performance.

You’ll manage a warehouse team on the floor, enforce KPIs, and implement best practices for e-commerce and retail fulfillment
. You’ll also partner with operations and supply chain leadership to ensure accurate, on-time deliveries for our customers.

• Lead daily warehouse operations (receiving, storage, picking/packing, shipping, returns).
• Oversee inbound shipments, verify receipts against POs, and enforce quality standards.
• Maintain accurate inventory via WMS/ERP workflows and cycle counts.
• Ensure order accuracy, SLA compliance, and resolve carrier/delivery exceptions.
• Hire, train, and manage warehouse associates while promoting accountability and safety.
• Implement SOPs for receiving, fulfillment, and inventory control.
• Track KPIs and run regular shift huddles and performance reviews.
• Enforce OSHA and company safety standards; maintain a clean, compliant facility.

• 3–5 years of warehouse leadership experience (DTC/e-commerce or distribution preferred).
• Proven success managing receiving, inventory, and outbound shipping.
• Strong knowledge of WMS/ERP systems (Net Suite, Ship Hero, or similar).
• Hands-on leader with strong people management skills.

• Lean/Kaizen process improvement experience.
• Spanish language skills.

• Proactive, hands-on leader with floor-level involvement.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on efficiency and accuracy.
• Strong communicator and motivator of warehouse teams.
• Solutions-driven, with the ability to enforce KPIs and process improvements.
