As part of this program, you'll gain firsthand experience as a financial professional while participating in a six-month, hands‑on Associate Partner Training Program. This will focus on developing core leadership and management skills, enabling you to cultivate your unique unit culture and thrive in a business‑minded environment.

Upon completion, you'll transition into the Associate Partner role, where you'll lead recruitment efforts, mentor new financial professionals, and drive team success. Responsibilities
  • Lead and inspire a team of financial professionals to achieve their career goals and drive business growth.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans that align with New York Life's mission and values, ensuring long‑term success.
  • Mentor and coach new team members, fostering a supportive and growth‑oriented environment.
  • Oversee recruitment efforts to attract top talent, ensuring a diverse and inclusive team.
  • Facilitate training sessions to enhance team skills in marketing, business development, and customer relationship management.
  • Collaborate with senior management to identify opportunities for process improvements and innovation.
  • Monitor team performance, providing constructive feedback and recognition to encourage continuous improvement and excellence in service delivery.
Qualifications
  • Experience in sales leadership, with a focus on driving team performance and achieving targets.
  • Ability to coach and mentor team members, fostering a culture of growth and development.

Compensation

$100,000 – $150,000 per year
