Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis

We’re growing!! Come join us! The Financial Planning & Analysis Team serves as a centralized resource to conduct financial reporting and provides analytical insights to internal stakeholders across Finance, Operations, Marketing, IT, Human Resources, and Property Leadership. As a Manager, you will partner daily with multiple departments, develop incisive analyses and reports that inform decisions, oversee a team of analysts, and deliver high‑caliber insights for executive and property leadership.

Duties And Responsibilities
  • Lead the development of dynamic, decision‑informing models for a rapidly evolving business.
    • Cash Flow Forecasting
    • Slot machine and table game performance
    • Labor modeling and optimization
    • Operational forecasting
    • Budgeting
    • Long‑Range Planning
  • Lead the annual budget and forecast process with senior executives and property leadership.
  • Support property Capital Expenditure planning, tracking, and fund maintenance.
  • Develop and maintain reporting packages that inform stakeholders on key business indicators.
  • Prepare, interpret, and present analysis of monthly financial results with recommendations.
  • Identify key business issues, develop solutions, delegate tasks, and deliver insights to drive improvements.
  • Oversee recurring or ad‑hoc reporting processes delivered to executive leadership.
  • Partner with Technical Reporting and Corporate Accounting teams for consistency and alignment.
  • Research and analyze market trends.
  • Mentor and guide direct reports; lead performance evaluations and development plans.
  • Generate ad‑hoc reporting as required.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Education / Experience
  • 5+ years of financial analysis experience; 1 year of people management preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, or related field required.
  • Understanding of the casino and hospitality business.
  • Strong experience building and conducting Financial, Operational, Marketing, Labor, and ad‑hoc analyses; foundational accounting knowledge preferred.
  • Experience leading project teams with demonstrable success.
Computer / Technical Skills
  • Experience with financial reporting systems, general ledger, casino management, procurement, lodging, and point‑of‑sale applications.
  • Advanced skill with data analysis/visualization tools such as Microsoft Excel and Power BI.
  • Experience with SQL and statistical analysis tools preferred.
  • Highly proficient in all Microsoft Office applications.

  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with execution focus.
  • Capability to anticipate business needs and synthesize data for solutions.
  • Fast learner of business models, programs, and architectures.
