Job Description SummaryThe Assistant Property Manager is responsible for maintaining our communities to a market-ready standard, ensuring a high level of service at all times. They also build and motivate high-performing teams to maximize property performance.
EssentialJob Duties
- Effective communication and customer service skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and internet navigation.
- Office, bookkeeping, and sales skills, with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to set goals and improve staff performance.
- Supervise daily team operations, ensuring policy compliance.
- Manage and develop team members.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- High School Diploma, GED, or vocational training required.
- At least 3 years of property management experience.
- At least 1 year of management experience.
Professional office setting with routine use of standard office equipment. Regular travel between properties in varying weather conditions.
Physical DemandsAbility to stand, walk, ascend stairs, and travel outdoors as needed. Ability to exert up to 25 pounds of force. Must be able to remain stationary for extended periods and travel up to 15% of the time.

Cushman & Wakefield offers comprehensive benefits including health, vision, dental, retirement plans, and paid time off. Compensation ranges from $18.27 to $21.50 per hour, depending on experience and location.
