Overview

The Inventory Quality Process Supervisor is responsible for executing and stewarding the inventory quality processes within the Distribution Center (DC). This role ensures the accuracy of inventory through effective cycle count leadership, discrepancy resolution, and coordination with operations.

What You’ll Do
  • Lead and manage daily cycle count activities.
  • Coordinate cycle count resource allocation (hours/day) with the DC Operations Manager.
  • Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies promptly.
  • Serve as the primary steward of Inventory Quality Processes (IQP), ensuring compliance and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to maintain inventory accuracy and integrity.
  • Ensure the Distribution Center remains compliant with SOX requirements and inventory key controls, and that all related KPIs are consistently met.
What You’ll Bring to the Table
  • Experience in inventory control or DC operations.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
  • Ability to coordinate across teams and manage time‑sensitive tasks.
  • Familiarity with WMS and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Manhattan OS).
