The Regional Service Manager (RSM) plans, directs, and supervises skilled, semi-skilled, and unskilled trade personnel to effectively complete activities related to daily operations, including repairs, maintenance, and security/safety, for a designated region of LUV Car Wash locations. The RSM is responsible for hiring, training, developing, and managing the effectiveness of the maintenance team. This role serves as the subject matter expert on maintenance and ensures the efficient operation of facilities through proactive problem-solving and the implementation of organized systems and processes.
Ensures Maintenance Techs and Maintenance Leads follow proper repair and safety procedures.

Physical Demands:
The ability to lift 25/50/80 pounds regularly, respond quickly to sounds, move safely over uneven terrain or in confined spaces, see clearly and respond to dangerous situations, safely climb ladders while carrying 40 pounds or more, work in extreme weather, and wear PPE correctly throughout the day.
High School degree required
Experience- Minimum of five (5) years of car wash facility repair and maintenance experience required.
- Minimum of five (5) years of management experience required.
- Proficiency in Maintain
X (preferred)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize.
- Expert knowledge of car wash equipment and chemistry, including installation, maintenance, repair, and calibration.
- Experience in establishing and executing policies and procedures.
- Ability to manage competing priorities efficiently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Flexible with scheduling demand
- Ability to travel up to 70% of the time.
