Salary: $70,000 - $75,000 annually

What You ll Do
  • Lead, coach, and inspire a diverse and dynamic team
  • Deliver exceptional guest experiences through hands-on leadership
  • Collaborate with team members in both front- and back-of-house operations
  • Manage financial performance, including sales analysis, labor, COGS, and inventory
  • Uphold rigorous standards of safety, cleanliness, and organization
  • Drive the success of new store openings (NSO) with expertise and energy
What We're Looking For
  • At least 2 years of restaurant management experience preferred
  • Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams
  • Financial acumen, including P&L and expense management
  • Ability to work in environments that include exposure to shellfish allergens
