Special Assistant to VP for Integrated Marketing & Branding

Location: Las Vegas, NV —
Salary: $80,000

• Provide high‑level support to the Vice President, direct reports, and the division.
• Serve as primary operational lead and point of contact for day‑to‑day office operations.
• Project‑manage assignments from the President’s Office and direct reports, especially those with tight timelines.
• Manage sensitive and confidential information for internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Act as key liaison, providing discreet, diplomatic responses and resolutions to complex problems encountered by faculty, staff, and external stakeholders.
• Organize and manage meetings and agendas for the Communicators Council and co‑chair
  
  LV Campus Signage Committee.

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university and 3–5 years of experience.
• In lieu of a bachelor’s degree, four additional years of relevant experience, or an associate’s degree plus two additional years of relevant experience.

• 7–9 years of experience.
