Salary/Wage Range or Industry Benchmark: 24 - 26 USD Hourly USD 24.00 26.00 HOUR

BASIC FUNCTION - Assist the Engineering team with all activities related to the operation and maintenance of mechanical, electrical, and craft services. Function as a team member in these functions.

Pay: $26.00/hr the listed pay is the hourly rate for this position. Offers will vary based on experience, skills, abilities, location, and market data.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Handle special work assignments and trouble calls.

Adhere to quality standards and practices for all work performed.

Follow appropriate safety regulations.

Conduct regular inspections, report findings to the Chief Engineer and/or PM.

Perform additional duties as directed by the Chief Engineer, such as lighting, restroom, plumbing, and equipment maintenance.

Responsibilities include:

Operation of HVAC systems (filters), water treatment procedures (cooling tower cleaning), electrical equipment (lighting).

Specific duties of the Maintenance Technician include:

Repair and replacement of lamps, ballasts, and drivers.

Repair and replacement of restroom and kitchen plumbing fixtures.

Assist with mechanical preventive maintenance tasks.

Collaborate with landscaping and janitorial staff and assist as needed.

Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

Identify best practices for MT duties and discuss with supervisor regularly.

Maintain clear communication with the Chief and PM.

Compensation: $24 - $26 per hour
