Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Under the direction of the Maintenance Supervisor, the Maintenance Technicians perform a variety of tasks throughout the day.
• Basic repairs to plumbing, lighting, HVAC systems, and facility fixtures.
• Supports the upkeep of clubhouses, recreation centers, and common areas by performing routine cleaning, equipment checks, and minor painting or carpentry.
• Assists with pool monitoring, adjusting chemicals as instructed, and reporting any issues promptly.
• Completes work orders in a timely manner and prepares spaces for meetings or events by setting up and breaking down furniture and equipment.
• Identifies and reports safety concerns or repair needs to the Supervisor and follows established procedures to maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment throughout the community.
• Other duties as assigned.

Knowledge,

Skills and Experience:

• At least 2 years of general maintenance experience, preferably in residential, hospitality, or HOA settings
• Knowledge of basic electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and pool systems
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work outdoors in varying conditions
• Strong attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive work ethic
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• CPO (Certified Pool Operator) certification often preferred or required, especially with pool duties

Minimum Education:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Language

Skills:

The individual must have strong written and verbal communication skills in order to communicate effectively with employees and clients at all levels of the organization.

Availability:

• Emergency On-Call requirement as needed
• Work weekends as business needs require.
