NV Maintenance Technician; Artisan

Overview

Olen Living, a family-owned real estate enterprise with a portfolio of more than 17,000 apartments, is seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician for the Artisan multifamily community in Las Vegas, NV. The role focuses on maintaining quality housing, ensuring resident satisfaction, and upholding the company’s culture of teamwork, integrity, and pride in our communities.

• Perform apartment maintenance tasks, including maintaining, troubleshooting, repairing, or replacing items such as:
• Plumbing
• Electrical
• Appliances
• Air conditioning
• Assist with the preparation of vacant apartments for occupancy and support apartment turnover.
• Participate in community maintenance duties, including building maintenance, preventative maintenance, service request completion, groundskeeping, and other tasks as assigned.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1–2 years of related maintenance experience and/or training.
• Strong customer service skills and a passion for helping people.
• Ability to communicate effectively and positively with residents, vendors, and co-workers.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing laws.
• Capacity to frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, occasionally up to 100 pounds.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• Must provide and use personal hand tools to perform duties unless otherwise specified by the property.
• Effective problem solving and time management skills.
• Good attention to detail.
• Team player attitude.
• Able to respond to emergency calls after hours, weekends, and holidays when needed.

• Job Type: Full-time (8-hour shift, 40 hours per week with occasional overtime)
• Compensation: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
