We are seeking a(an) Plant Operations Engineer for our team to ensure that we continue to provide all patients with high quality, efficient care. Did you get into our industry for these reasons? Assist in the performance of duties necessary to keep the physical structure and associated equipment of the facility in good repair. Maintenance, repairs in plumbing, electrical and HVAC and other duties as assigned. Performs manual duties as requested i.e. moving supplies, equipment or furniture, replacing lights. A thorough knowledge of how to use and maintain plant tools and equipment.

• System Maintenance:
  Operate, inspect, and repair complex systems like boilers, chillers, HVAC, refrigeration, and medical gas systems.
• Electrical & Plumbing:
  Handle minor electrical (circuits, wiring) and plumbing (leaks, fixtures) repairs and installations.
• Equipment Management:
  Install, adjust, and maintain various equipment, including emergency generators.
• Preventive Maintenance (PM):
  Execute scheduled PM tasks, such as filter changes, lubrication, and safety checks.
• Compliance & Documentation:
  Ensure all work adheres to safety regulations (NFPA, OSHA) and document all activities, work orders, and inspections accurately.
