Maintenance Supervisor III

Sares Regis Group is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor for our beautiful 352‑unit community, Vestra at Uncommons.

• Direct employees and outside contractors in apartment renovations, service requests, structural repairs and ground maintenance.
• Obtain bids for work from outside contractors; assemble, analyze and submit bids to superiors for action.
• Order and receive supplies, appliances and equipment from vendors.
• Coordinate work performed by outside vendors and inspect completed work for conformance to specifications and standards.
• Inspect facilities and equipment to determine need and extent of service, equipment required, and type. Study production schedules and estimate worker hour requirements for completion of job assignment.
• Establish or adjust work procedures to meet production schedules.
• Suggest changes in working conditions and use of equipment to increase efficiency of work crew.
• Assist Property Manager in planning and administering maintenance budget.
• Participate in after‑hours and emergency coverage as assigned by supervisor.

• Must have 3+ years of related experience in property management as a Maintenance Supervisor on 300+ units.
• HVAC and CPO certifications required.
• Lease‑up luxury high‑end mid‑rise, high‑rise experience preferred.
• Prefer Yardi experience.
• Must have experience in all trades.
• Must have excellent written, communication and computer skills.
• Past supervisory experience a must.
• Current driver’s license and auto insurance required.
• Able to work weekends and overtime as job requires.

Salary is $35.00–$38.00/hour. We offer a competitive compensation package that includes a 401(k) match, rental incentive and renewal compensation, bonuses, and rental discounts depending on location. Regular full‑time employees who work between 30–40 hours a week are eligible for medical, dental, vision, other voluntary benefits and vacation accrual. Sick time accrual is provided in accordance with law.
