We have multiple openings in multiple locations in Las Vegas, North Las Vegas, Henderson, and Summerlin at one of our premiere apartment communities with a design, construction, and management team that has earned a reputation for providing a high-quality lifestyle for their residents.

• Primary focus is maintaining the overall appearance of the community.
• Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
• Finish work; painting, cleaning, caulking, etc.
• Maintaining the cleanliness of all common areas and amenities.
• Policing the ground and parking areas. Painting curbs and parking lot striping.
• Minor maintenance such as changing light bulbs and painting.
• Assisting the maintenance staff upon request.
• Strong cleaning skills a must! You will primarily be outside 85% of the day.
• Pre-employment background check and drug testing required. Working weekends will be mandatory.
• HVAC and CPO certification is a plus.

Salary: $16/hr

• Our generous PTO package consists of 15 days of paid time off, which is pro-rated in each pay period and increases with tenure (available after 90 days of employment), eleven holidays, and five half days annually.
