We are looking for a highly motivated self‑starter who embodies a passion for dance culture and a love of transportation and exterior operations. This position reports to the Director of Exterior Operations and is part of a team that ensures the successful execution of the Electric Daisy Carnival.
Available Positions- Site Crew/Heavy Equipment Operator: Operate heavy equipment such as forklifts, stakebeds, water trucks, dump trucks, front‑end loaders, skid steers, etc. Forklift certification required. Earth‑moving equipment and/or CDL certifications and experience are a plus.
- Ext Ops Build Leads: Experienced in festival builds or comparable events. Direct crew safely, work with fence vendors, manage inventory, coordinate with heavy‑equipment vendors, and oversee maintenance reports.
- Signage Crew: Hang signs around the festival perimeter to direct headliners. Works with zip ties, overhead truss, or parking lot flags. Forklift certification helpful but not required.
- Signage Leads: Lead the signage team, understand the rationale behind sign placement, and manage crew and traffic flow.
- Shuttle Loader/Unloader: Entry‑level role handling truck loading and unloading of headliners from buses. No certifications required.
- Shuttle Leads: Manage shuttle staff break times, checkin bus drivers, ensure buses run smoothly, and troubleshoot on‑site issues.
- Clean motor vehicle report
- Valid Driver’s License
- 18 years or older
- Ability to walk long distances and stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs
- Clean and presentable attire (preferably black)
- Motivated with an “everything is possible” attitude
- Active problem‑solver with a sense of urgency for projects large and small
- Heavy Equipment certification
- OSHA certification
- Tolerate loud noise levels and busy environments
- Work in varying temperature climates
- Willing to travel frequently, including holidays, evenings, and weekends, as required
