- Provide efficient and positive communication to all incoming calls by providing timely attention to guests or owners while addressing needs and requests.
- Coordinate guests’ and owners’ requests and concerns to departments to ensure completion and follow‑up for guest happiness.
- Deliver professional hospitality and information to all guests, owners, and team members while displaying outstanding knowledge of company products, property, and company overview.
- Balance multiple responsibilities and prioritize duties based on importance with ease.
- Assist in maintaining communication equipment such as voicemail, faxes, copies for guests and mail delivery.
- Maintain any pertinent departmental log sheets, checklists and/or reports.
- Assist with other departments as needed and carry out other reasonable requests by management.
- Eligibility:
All U.S. hourly Team Members not represented by a labor organization or subject to collective bargaining agreement.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Prior related PBX experience.
- Ability to read, analyze and interpret complex documents and reports.
- Basic mathematical skills.
- Highly skilled in solving practical problems, using good judgment to deal with a variety of variables in guest and business situations.
- Excellent interpersonal and service skills.
- Ability to resolve conflict, think on their feet, influence and mentor others.
- Associate's degree or college education.
- Voice Certified.
- 3+ years of related experience.
- Prior management/supervisory experience.
