Housekeeper – Frontier Senior Living (Escalante at The Lakes, Las Vegas, NV)

Frontier Management is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to provide exceptional housekeeping services to our residents in the Escalante at The Lakes community.

Base pay: $13.00/hr – $14.76/hr

• Clean resident apartments weekly; change bed linen (linen delivery); dust and maintain cleanliness.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by corporate or by the Executive Director, Housekeeping Services Coordinator, or Environmental Services Director.
• Support and implement activities that maximize each resident’s identity, abilities and interests.
• Maintain clean, neat, attractive, and safe common areas and resident rooms at all times.

• Ability to lift 50 pounds independently and more with assistance.
• Stand and walk for long periods; frequent lifting, pushing, pulling, moving of equipment, climbing, bending, and stooping.
• Visual acuity and ability to interpret requests from residents and staff.
• Climb stairs and ladders safely.
• Follow instructions, accept constructive criticism, work harmoniously with others; adaptable to varied shifts and to working with ill, disabled, elderly, and emotionally upset residents.
• Knowledge of cleaning supplies, chemicals, and professional cleaning equipment (brooms, mops, floor waxers, polishers).
• Clean, tidy and appropriately dressed at all times.
