Job RequirementsCandidates should have at least 3 to 5 years of commercial and business litigation experience, preferably in a large law firm setting.
Candidate must possess strong interpersonal, administrative and organizational skills, must be detail-oriented, and have the ability to prioritize and manage a diverse workload; must be able to work independently as well as part of a team. Candidates should possess a strong academic background, superior drafting and research skills, negotiation skills, and the ability to take on significant project responsibility.
Candidates must be admitted to the Nevada bar and should be willing to participate in community and professional organizations as part of professional development.

The expected pay range for this position is:
$185,000-$215,000 per year
Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience, location, and other job-related factors permitted by law. Full time employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus, health insurance with an optional HSA, short term disability, long term disability, dental insurance, vision care, life insurance, Healthcare and Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts, 401K, vacation, sick time, and an employee assistance program. Additional voluntary programs include: voluntary accident insurance, voluntary life, voluntary disability, voluntary long term care, voluntary critical illness and cancer insurance and pet insurance.
Commuter and Transit programs may also be available in certain markets.
