Associate Attorney

Work Model: Hybrid / In-office (flexible)

We are working with a well-established and growing Personal Injury law firm in Las Vegas that is looking to add a skilled Personal Injury Attorney to its team. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney seeking strong case exposure, mentorship, and a competitive compensation structure.

• Handle plaintiff-side personal injury matters from intake through resolution
• Manage a full caseload including pre-litigation and/or litigation files
• Conduct depositions, discovery, mediations, and negotiations
• Draft pleadings, motions, and settlement demands
• Work closely with clients and support staff to drive cases forward

• 2+ years of personal injury experience (plaintiff side preferred)
• Licensed and in good standing with the Nevada Bar (or ability to waive in)
• Strong litigation, negotiation, and client communication skills
• Trial experience is a plus but not required

The annual salary for this position is between $120,000 – $180,000 annually
. Factors which may affect pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
