Overview

The Las Vegas, NV office of Lewis Brisbois, a full-service AmLaw 100 firm, is actively seeking an attorney to join its Healthcare & Medical Malpractice Practice.

• Drafting and responding to discovery and initial pleadings
• Drafting and arguing motions
• Taking and defending depositions
• Managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Working independently and as part of a team

• Admitted to practice in Nevada
• At least two to fifteen years of experience representing healthcare providers in state and federal courts and administrative proceedings
• Experience defending and litigating medical malpractice lawsuits is preferred
• Strong writing and analytical skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• While healthcare law experience is preferred, candidates with substantive litigation experience and an interest in healthcare law are encouraged to apply
