We are seeking a Personal Injury Attorney to manage a caseload of pre-litigation and/or litigation matters, depending on experience. This attorney will be responsible for handling cases from intake through resolution, with support from experienced staff and leadership.

• Manage a caseload of personal injury matters (auto accidents, premises liability, wrongful death, etc.)
• Conduct client intake meetings and maintain regular client communication
• Draft pleadings, discovery, motions, and demand packages
• Take and defend depositions (litigation roles)
• Attend hearings, mediations, and settlement conferences
• Negotiate settlements with insurance carriers and defense counsel
• Collaborate with paralegals and case managers to move files efficiently
• Prepare cases for trial as needed

• Personal injury experience preferred (pre-lit or litigation)
• Recently licensed attorneys ok to apply
• Strong negotiation and case management skills
• Ability to manage deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment
• Trial experience is a plus but not required

The annual salary for this position is between $150K-$250K annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
