- JD degree from an ABA-approved law school.
- Active member in good standing with the California State Bar.
- Litigation experience in general business or insurance defense preferred.
- Excellent oral advocacy and written communication skills.
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
- Active California State Bar membership.
- Strong oral and written communication abilities.
- Proficiency in litigation and trial preparation.
