• Advocate for clients in and out of court during the legal collection process.
• Draft and review legal briefs, correspondence, pleadings, and other documents.
• Communicate with opposing counsel and pro se parties to resolve disputes.
• Document account and file activity per firm and client policies.
• Travel to various courts in the state and manage all aspects of litigation.
• Research and interpret laws, rulings, and regulations.
• Maintain and develop client relationships through responsive communication.
• Attend continuing education classes to stay informed of legal changes.

• Active attorney license in the state of Nevada with no discipline history.
• Experience in consumer collection litigation preferred; training available.
• Knowledge of civil litigation and consumer protection laws.
• Superior time management and prioritization skills.
• Leadership skills to motivate and drive team results.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

• Active license to practice law in Nevada.
