Construction Defect Attorney

Overview

The Las Vegas, NV office of Lewis Brisbois, a full-service AmLaw 100 firm, is actively seeking an attorney to join its Construction Litigation Practice.

• Strong research and writing skills and at least one (1) year of experience in all phases of insurance defense litigation including case management, motion practice, and discovery, as well as handling hearings, depositions, arbitrations, and trials.
• Represent clients in construction defect matters when such experience is available; contribute to defense strategy and trial preparation as part of the Construction Litigation Practice.
• Support the Construction Litigation Practice in defending a wide variety of matters, including catastrophic injury, wrongful death, and complex litigation cases.

• Admission to the Nevada Bar is required.

Lewis Brisbois' Construction Litigation Practice is staffed by nearly 80 construction law attorneys nationwide who have successfully represented defendants in significant exposure cases in numerous construction law areas. The group has provided a defense for a myriad of property and personal injury claims, for both businesses and individuals who may be insured or self-insured. While the attorneys within the firm are equipped to handle a wide variety of matters, we excel in the litigation and trial of catastrophic injury, wrongful death, and complex litigation cases.
