Associate Attorney

We are a fast paced personal injury law firm with five attorneys, dedicated to providing high-quality, client-focused representation. Our practice handles cases from initial intake through trial, and we pride ourselves on hands-on advocacy, strong mentorship, and meaningful experience.

We are seeking a motivated Associate Attorney to participate in all facets of personal injury litigation, from pre-litigation through trial. This position offers substantial responsibility, direct client interaction, and opportunities for courtroom experience, including motion practice, oral argument, and depositions.

• Assist partners in personal injury matters from pre-litigation through resolution and/or trial
• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and settlement demands
• Handle written discovery and prepare discovery responses
• Take and defend depositions of parties, witnesses, and experts
• Appear in court for hearings, conferences, and oral arguments
• Participate in mediations, arbitrations, and settlement negotiations
• Assist with trial preparation and participate in trials as appropriate
• Communicate regularly with clients, opposing counsel, and experts
• Collaborate closely with partners and other attorneys on case strategy

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
• Licensed and in good standing with the state bar (or pending admission, if applicable)
• Strong legal writing and analytical skills
• Comfort with oral advocacy or a demonstrated willingness to develop courtroom skills
• Ability to manage deadlines and work independently while contributing to a team
• Prior personal injury or litigation experience preferred, but not required

• Meaningful hands‑on litigation experience in a small‑firm environment
