Small boutique firm seeking qualified applicant to handle general litigation matters. Candidate must be licensed in Nevada. Seeking applicant with minimum of 2 years’ experience. Cases range from Business Litigation, Plaintiff EEOC, Plaintiff Personal Injury, General Counsel Services and Family Law.
Responsibilities- Prepare contracts, briefs, motions, and other legal documents
- Conduct legal research
- Prepare for, attend and argue motions at hearings
- Provide legal counsel to clients
- Negotiate on behalf of clients
- Maintain detailed and accurate client records
- Supervise paralegals and administrative assistants
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Ability to collaborate with colleagues to best serve clients
