This is a full-time, on-site Trial Attorney role based in Las Vegas, NV. The Trial Attorney will represent clients in court, manage case files, and prepare and draft motions, pleadings, and other legal documents. Responsibilities include conducting legal research, taking depositions, participating in trials, and providing strategic legal counsel to effectively meet client needs.

• Strong foundational knowledge in Law and legal practices
• Experience preparing and drafting Motions and legal documents
• Proficiency in various aspects of Court procedures and case presentation
• Proven skills in Trials and courtroom advocacy
• Experience conducting Depositions to gather critical case information
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree and active membership in the Nevada State Bar
• Exceptional analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines effectively
