Our client, a top nationally renowned plaintiff's personal injury, mass tort and class action firm seeks an associate attorney to handle first party insurance claims and bad faith litigation on the plaintiff's side.
Will look at insurance defense attorneys looking to segue to plaintiff's Bar. Need strong case management, motion practice, deposition experience.
Generous salary plus bonus plus percentages on cases worked and cases brought into firm.
