Overview
We are a growing personal injury firm seeking an ambitious attorney ready to take full ownership of a litigation caseload. This is not a junior associate role; you will lead strategy, handle litigation from start to finish, and drive results.
Responsibilities- Lead strategy, filings, negotiations, and outcomes
- Own a litigation caseload from inception to resolution
- Manage all aspects of case work and drive results
- Full case ownership you lead decisions, filings, negotiations, and outcomes
- Significant trial exposure fast-track experience, not years of waiting
- Focused caseload no distraction from senior-level high-value cases
- High earning potential bonus and commission structure tied to performance
- 15 years of litigation experience (PI preferred)
- Driven, competitive, and growth-focused
- Comfortable working independently and owning outcomes
