Busy Personal Injury Law Firm seeking a bilingual (English/Spanish) Intake Specialist. The ideal candidate will have an upbeat personality with a positive attitude and be a team player. Exceptional phone etiquette and interpersonal skills are a must as you are the first point of contact for all possible new clients. Must be able to read, write and speak Spanish.

• Answer all communications from Possible New Clients, including after hours.
• Complete New Client Sign Ups.
• Create New Client cases in law management software.
• Gather and store client documents.
• Work with Case management team.
• Handle special assignments for Case Management and Litigation Paralegals.

• At least 1 year of legal experience preferably in personal injury law.
• Previous inbound sales call or intake experience.
• Demonstrated understanding of personal injury law.
• Must speak fluent Spanish and English.
• Self motivated and supremely organized.

$23 - $25 hourly
