• Manage and develop personal injury cases from intake through resolution
• Collaborate with senior attorneys and legal staff across multiple departments
• Draft and review legal documents, motions, and client correspondence
• Conduct legal research and participate in case strategy meetings
• Communicate with clients to provide updates, answer questions, and build trust
• Help mentor and guide support staff in day-to-day legal operations
• Thrive in a high-volume, high-impact setting

• Active license to practice law in Nevada (Required)
• 2+ years of experience in personal injury law preferred, but not required
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and adapt to changing deadlines
• A positive, collaborative mindset and commitment to client success
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
