• Juris Doctorate (J.D.) from an accredited law school
• Active member of a state bar association
• Minimum 1 year experience representing clients in a law firm
• Proven ability to manage a heavy caseload with minimal supervision
• Strong research, writing, and communication skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office

• At least 2 years representing clients preferred
• Leadership experience overseeing staff or case managers
• Experience handling personal injury cases

• Provide legal counsel to clients, determining proper courses of action
• Represent clients in court, including motions, discovery, and trial as needed
• Oversee and guide paralegals, law clerks, and administrative staff
• Conduct legal research, draft briefs, pleadings, and motions
• Manage all aspects of personal injury cases from intake through settlement
• Evaluate case value and strategy based on liability, damages, and insurance coverage
• Review medical records, draft demand letters, and negotiate settlements
• Communicate compassionately and consistently with clients
• Ensure accurate case documentation and uphold firm standards
