Job Title: Litigation Associate Attorney (Hybrid)

A prominent law firm based in Las Vegas, NV, is seeking a Litigation Associate Attorney to support its growing team. Duties:

Handle a variety of litigation matters, including but not limited to business litigation, employment disputes, appellate work, general liability, and construction-related claims

Participate in all stages of litigation, including drafting pleadings, motion practice, discovery, depositions, and trial preparation

Collaborate with senior attorneys and support teams to ensure effective case strategy and execution

Engage in mentorship and leadership opportunities within the office

Support firm-wide initiatives related to diversity, equity, and inclusion

For junior associates: rotate across litigation practice groups to explore areas of interest

For mid-level associates: focus within a dedicated litigation group aligned with professional goals

Requirements:

Minimum of 1 year of litigation experience

Demonstrated record of professional stability and positive references

Member in good standing with the Nevada State Bar

Previous exposure to litigation-related work preferred, though not mandatory

Education:

Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited U.S. law school

Certifications:

Active license to practice law in Nevada
