Immigration Attorney Associate

An established and growing immigration law firm is seeking a dedicated Associate Attorney to join our team. We are looking for a motivated professional with a strong commitment to client service and a passion for immigration law.

• Represent clients in immigration matters before USCIS, EOIR, and other government agencies.
• Conduct client consultations and prepare case strategies.
• Draft motions, briefs, petitions, and other legal documents.
• Attend hearings, interviews, and court appearances as required.
• Maintain regular communication with clients and provide case updates.
• Collaborate with legal assistants and office staff to ensure efficient case management.

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree and active license to practice law in any U.S. state (Nevada license preferred).
• Experience in immigration law strongly 2-6 years experience of in family immigration and removal defense experiences
• Excellent writing, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.

• Competitive salary based on experience. $100.000- $150.000 per year
