• Juris Doctor from accredited law school and active admission in any state bar
• Exceptional communication skills—both written and oral—to craft compelling arguments and provide insightful legal advice.
• Fluency in Spanish PREFERRED but not required

• Representing clients in immigration matters before government agencies and courts.
• Drafting and managing legal documents, including applications and petitions.
• Offering strategic advice on immigration issues and keeping clients informed about legal changes.
