We proudly represent over 50 insurance carriers and are seeking a motivated, high-energy individual with strong phone and customer service skills, the ability to multitask, a self-starter mindset, and a willingness to learn quickly.
Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced insurance professional to join our growing team. In this role, you will support both new and existing clients while assisting with daily office operations.
Responsibilities include:
- Writing new insurance policies
- Answering and handling incoming phone calls
- Resolving client inquiries and concerns
- Ensuring compliance with insurance standards and regulations
- Scanning and organizing documents
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (preferred)
- Prior experience in Property & Casualty insurance (required)
- Experience with Hawk Soft or similar CRM systems (preferred)
- Ability to build strong rapport with clients
- Experience working with a brokerage and multiple insurance carriers
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and multitask efficiently
- Self-motivated with strong follow-through
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
