Position Overview
Insurance Group of Nevada Corp is seeking a licensed Nevada Property & Casualty Insurance Agent who is both sales‑driven and service‑focused to join our growing team. The agent will be responsible for generating new business, servicing existing accounts, and providing consultative insurance solutions tailored to client needs.

- Identify coverage gaps and recommend appropriate insurance solutions
- Meet or exceed individual sales, retention, and revenue goals
- Cross‑sell and upsell additional lines of coverage where appropriate
- Deliver exceptional customer service with a focus on five‑star satisfaction
- Maintain ongoing relationships with existing clients through proactive outreach
- Handle policy changes, renewals, endorsements, and coverage reviews
- Assist clients with billing questions, coverage explanations, and carrier coordination
- Accurately collect and analyze underwriting information
- Ensure policies comply with Nevada insurance regulations and agency standards
- Maintain proper documentation in agency management systems
- Stay current on carrier guidelines, products, and state licensing requirements
- Act as a trusted advisor and brand ambassador for Insurance Group of Nevada Corp
- Collaborate with internal team members and carrier partners
- Maintain a high level of professionalism, ethics, and confidentiality
- Active Nevada Property & Casualty insurance license
- Proven sales and customer service experience in the insurance industry
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Comfort working in a goal‑oriented environment
- Experience working with multiple carriers in an independent agency
- Familiarity with personal lines, commercial lines, or both
- Experience servicing multi‑state clients

- Maintain an active Nevada Property & Casualty producer license in good standing at all times

- Adhere to all fiduciary responsibilities, including proper handling of premiums and client information
- Ensure all representations, advertisements, and communications are truthful, accurate, and not misleading
- Complete all required continuing education (CE) in accordance with Nevada DOI requirements
- Follow carrier underwriting guidelines and disclosure obligations
- Protect client confidentiality in compliance with state and federal privacy laws, including safeguarding nonpublic personal information
- Avoid conflicts of interest and disclose material information as required by law
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with DOI audit standards
Failure to maintain licensing or comply with regulatory requirements may result in disciplinary action, including termination.
