We are one of the fastest growing Farmers Agencies in the state and we need one more motivated agent to join our team. Our agency is fast paced and high producing, but our team environment is centered on helping each other become the best versions of ourselves.

We provide ALL TRAINING AND LICENSING so no experience is necessary to begin your career in insurance. Sales and customer service experience is helpful, but not required.

This position offers a competitive base salary, plus commissions, for an uncapped earning potential. You re in charge of your own income based on your work ethic and effort! The more customers you help; the more money you will make. In addition to the base salary and new business commissions, you will earn renewal commissions on your existing clients, so your income will increase year over year;

generating passive income for yourself.

• Generate insurance quotes for new and existing clients
• Review coverage and make informed recommendations to best suit your clients  needs
• Complete outbound calls to potential prospects
• Have an outgoing personality and positive attitude
• Build strong relationships within your personal and professional networks for referrals

• Successfully pass the NV property & casualty exam & obtain license
• Successfully pass the NV life & health exam & obtain license
• Must work well in a team environment, as well as independently with minimal supervision
• Excellent customer service skills
