• Engage with potential clients to understand their insurance needs, providing tailored solutions.
• Effectively communicate policy options, coverage details, and pricing in both English and Spanish.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with a diverse clientele, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to the agency’s overall growth and success.
• Process new business applications and assist with policy endorsements and renewals.
• Stay current with industry trends, product knowledge, and regulatory changes.

• Active Nevada Property & Casualty Insurance License (Required)
• Active Nevada Life & Health Insurance License (Required)
• Fluency in both English and Spanish, spoken and written (Required)
• Proven sales experience, preferably within the insurance industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A genuine desire to help others and build lasting relationships.
• Proficiency with technology, including CRM systems and standard office software.
