The Enterprise Network Specialist serves as the organization's primary subject matter expert for all networking-related systems while also providing hands-on assistance to IT support technicians and end users across infrastructure and systems. This role combines deep technical expertise in network architecture and troubleshooting with a broad knowledge of IT infrastructure, ensuring reliable, secure, and efficient operations across all venues and corporate environments.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE POSITION INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

* Act as the organization's SME for all network-related issues including LAN, WAN, WLAN, and VPN

* Architect, configure, and maintain switches, routers, firewalls, access points, and load balancers

* Monitor network performance and security, proactively identifying and remediating risks

* Administer network services such as DHCP, DNS, VLANs, and routing protocols

* Lead incident response and root cause analysis for network outages or security breaches

* Stay current on industry standards, emerging technologies, and security best practices

* Serve as an escalation point for 1st and 2nd level support on hardware, OS, applications, and user issues

* Support POS systems, hospitality applications (Micros, Oracle, venue systems), and end-user technologies

* Assist with Active Directory, Azure, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and server environments

* Participate in IT projects including system upgrades, cloud adoption, virtualization, and disaster recovery

* Document standards, processes, and troubleshooting steps for the IT knowledge base

* Assist and/ or complete additional tasks as assigned

EDUCATION/WORKING KNOWLEDGE:

* Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)

* 5+ years of experience in network engineering and administration

* 3+ years of experience in IT support and infrastructure operations

* Cisco CCNA/CCNP or equivalent required; additional CompTIA Network+/Security+ desirable

* Experience with hospitality systems (POS, Oracle, venue technologies) preferred

* Proficiency in Microsoft Server, Azure, VMware/Hyper-V, and enterprise security tools

* Deep knowledge of networking protocols, hardware, and security

* Strong troubleshooting skills across network, server, and endpoint layers

* Strong organizational skills; capable of balancing SME responsibilities with hands-on IT support

* Valid Driver's License and passport eligibility for travel

* 21+ years of age
