Droitsys is a global technology services firm delivering custom software development, product engineering, data & AI, and managed services to enterprises and high-growth companies worldwide.
We are looking for a Director Sales & Growth to own revenue expansion for our Outsourced Development Division
. This role is for a builder—someone who knows how to sell engineering outcomes
, not just hours or resumes.
Own Revenue & Growth
- Drive new logo acquisition and account expansion across enterprise and growth-stage clients.
- Lead full sales cycles: prospecting, discovery, solutioning, pricing, negotiation, and closure.
- Sell complex engagements including custom application development, product engineering, dedicated teams, and managed services.
- Build a predictable pipeline with strong forecasting discipline.
Executive-Level Selling
- Engage CIOs, CTOs, Product Leaders, and Business Executives.
- Position Droisys around speed, scalability, quality, and ROI
, not commoditized outsourcing. - Partner closely with delivery and solution architects to close high-value deals.
GTM & Market Leadership
- Shape go-to-market strategy, messaging, and service positioning.
- Work with marketing on ABM, outbound campaigns, case studies, and sales collateral.
- Build strategic partnerships across platforms, integrators, and ecosystem partners.
- Represent Droisys at industry events and executive forums.
- 7–10+ years selling outsourced software development or IT services.
- Strong understanding of offshore/onshore delivery, agile development, and managed services models.
- Experience selling into US enterprises or global technology buyers.
- Executive presence, strong negotiation skills, and a builder’s mindset.
- Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, high-growth environment.
- Performance-based incentives, including deal bonuses and profit sharing.
- Meaningful upside tied directly to revenue impact.
