Overview

Delivery Senior Manager at Fontainebleau Las Vegas will be responsible for delivering complex, cross-functional technology initiatives. This role combines strong leadership and coaching capabilities with deep expertise in program management, Agile methodologies, and software development practices. The ideal candidate will bring a passion for developing talent, driving operational excellence, and delivering impactful technology programs.

Responsibilities
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Technical Program Managers (TPMs), fostering a culture of growth, accountability, and collaboration
  • Provide coaching, performance feedback, and career development support for individuals and teams
  • Promote a culture of continuous learning, improvement, and innovation
  • Oversee the planning and execution of large-scale, cross-functional technical programs aligned with business goals
  • Ensure consistent application of program management best practices, including Agile (Hybrid), Scrum, and SDLC methodologies
  • Partner with engineering, product, and business leaders to prioritize initiatives and allocate resources effectively
  • Drive adoption and optimization of tools such as Jira and Confluence for program tracking, documentation, and collaboration
  • Set the example as a Technical Program Manager and establish standards for the Delivery team
  • Establish and refine program management frameworks, tools, and reporting standards
  • Monitor program health and team performance using KPIs and data-driven insights
  • Identify and resolve systemic issues, continuously improving delivery processes and team efficiency
  • Foster clear, quality, concise, and timely communications using various tools (email, chat, wikis, Gantt charts, slideware)
  • Serve as a key liaison between TPMs and senior leadership to ensure alignment on priorities and outcomes
  • Communicate program status, risks, and dependencies clearly and proactively
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and decision-making across engineering, product, and vendor teams
Qualifications Essential Duties And Responsibilities

Qualification Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience in technical program management or engineering leadership, with 3+ years in a people management role
  • Proven experience coaching and developing high-performing teams
  • Deep understanding of Agile development, SDLC, and program management best practices
  • Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, and other program management tools
  • Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience managing complex software or systems engineering initiatives
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
